The breakfast is the best. And they accommodate the need of their clients like my vegetarian BF. It's really nice of them, the staff at the kitchen.

This is a low class hotel that scams their customers. They never advised their customers about their no smoking room policy nor no information in their front desk that their rooms are no-smoking rooms. Once you check out, they will ask you to wait in the lobby for them to check the room. Then once they smell something, they will not let you leave their premises until you paid the 2000 pesos penalty for smoking. This is some kind of modus that they must be running for quite sometime now. How about those customers that were charge for the said penalty, but doesnt have extra money.

Bad cockroach problem. I'm a man but lord knows I'll scream louder if there's a cockroach in the room. The whole property seems old and the only decent thing on the inside is their cafe. Just booked here cause it's a 5 minute walk away from Aranera Bus Terminal but other than that, i probably would not stay again.

Older clean hotel. This visit was great. Hopeful they keep up on standards. If they don't this hotel will be a 1 star. Needs updating but it was clean and nice.

Best location. Room is ok even the CR which is really small is ok. Strong AC and wifi connection. Very near alimall .

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good location. Dine in and pharmacies were just a walk away.

I did not really enjoy my stay there at this hotel. It was very small the people are great. They really gave you good service but some of the policies. There was a literary diculis and I did not like defect that I had to pay with cash and they took and that's only I will be able to. Get in there cause a credit card machine was broken so I'm sorry thumbs down.

Booked our room (good for 4) thru Agoda. Price is affordable and location is in proximity to the place we had an appointment with. Service was excellent, staffs were courteous and accomodating. Our room was spacious and the amenities (ACU, hot/cold shower) were working fine. The room had a television (not a smart tv though) so you only have the local channels to choose from, ofc the quality would depend on the signal received by the antenna. But that wasn't a deal breaker for me since the price is affordable and the main purpose of availing this was to avoid the hassle of commuting after the concert. Lighting inside the room was also fine. Hangers, towels, drinking cups, hygiene kit, slippers and a mini fridge was provided during our overnight stay. One thing I would like them to improve is their hallway lighting because at night it is dim and it kinda gives a scary vibe. Much better if they could also refresh the colors of their walls so that it is appealing and welcoming to the guests.
